Homegrown Mobile Veterinary Services was founded to bring compassionate, personalized veterinary care directly to pets in the place they feel safest—their home.

Dr. Amanda Struening is the founder and owner of Homegrown Mobile Veterinary Services. Having grown up in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, she is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community she calls home by providing in-home veterinary care to pets and families throughout parts of Hunterdon County, NJ and Bucks County, PA.

Dr. Struening earned her degree in Small Animal Science from Delaware Valley College in 2012 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. Since then, she has spent the past decade caring for pets in the local area, building trusted relationships with both clients and patients.

Starting her own mobile practice has been a long-time dream for Dr. Struening. Homegrown Mobile Veterinary Services was created to offer thoughtful, low-stress veterinary care in the comfort of your home—allowing for deeper connections with pets and their families, while also giving her the flexibility to grow her career alongside her family in the place where her journey began.
