After Hours Emergencies

We understand that emergencies can happen, and when they do, your pet’s safety is the top priority. Homegrown Mobile Veterinary Services is not an emergency or after-hours practice, and our services are provided by appointment during regular business hours.

If your pet is experiencing an emergency or needs immediate medical attention, please seek care at the nearest veterinary emergency hospital. Emergency facilities are equipped to provide 24-hour monitoring, advanced imaging, surgery, and critical care when time is of the essence.

Please seek immediate emergency care if your pet is experiencing:

  • Difficulty breathing or choking

  • Collapse, severe weakness, or unresponsiveness

  • Active seizures or multiple seizures

  • Trauma (hit by car, falls, bite wounds)

  • Uncontrolled bleeding

  • Suspected toxin or foreign body ingestion

  • Severe vomiting or diarrhea, especially with lethargy

  • Trouble urinating or defecating

  • Severe pain or sudden behavioral changes

If you are ever unsure whether your pet’s condition is an emergency, it is always safest to err on the side of caution and contact an emergency veterinary hospital right away.
