Before your appointment
Once your appointment is scheduled, you'll receive confirmation and reminder notifications through our convenient online system. We encourage you to download our pet parent app, Digitail, where you can access medical records, appointment information, invoices, and more.
When we arrive
When our team arrives, we'll ask that you bring your pet out to our mobile veterinary hospital. Our van is equipped with the same tools and technology you would expect from a traditional veterinary clinic, allowing us to perform examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures in a comfortable, professional setting.
During the visit
Inside our mobile hospital, we will:
• Perform a comprehensive physical examination
• Discuss any concerns or questions you may have

• Dispense medications directly from the van or through our online pharmacy

Our practice is completely paperless, making everything simple and convenient. Medical records, invoices, and appointment information are available through our pet parent app, Digitail, and prescriptions can be ordered through our online pharmacy and delivered directly to your home.
