Appointments
Appointments are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for you and your pet.
We kindly ask that the pet owner be present for their pet’s appointment. This helps us provide personalized care, discuss recommendations directly with you, and keep appointments running smoothly. Payment is due at the time services are provided.

Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. This allows us to offer that appointment time to another family in need of care.

No-Show Policy
A missed appointment without notice prevents another pet from receiving care and impacts our mobile schedule for the day.
Clients who miss an appointment without prior communication may be required to pay a missed appointment fee.

Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
We accept cash, credit card and checks (if approved by management).We do not offer payment plans at this time.

Respectful Conduct Policy
We are deeply committed to providing compassionate care to both pets and their families. Veterinary medicine can be an emotional field, and we understand that stressful situations arise. However, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.
This includes verbal harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or aggressive conduct.
We are dedicated to creating a supportive and respectful environment for everyone involved. Clients who violate this policy will be asked to seek care elsewhere.

Urgent Appointments & Scheduling Expectations
We understand how stressful it can be when your pet becomes ill unexpectedly. We genuinely wish we could accommodate every same-day request, and we make every effort to help when our schedule permits.
As a single-doctor mobile practice, our daily schedule consists of appointments that have often been reserved weeks in advance. Out of respect for those clients and patients, we are generally unable to cancel or significantly delay scheduled visits in order to accommodate same-day requests.
When available, we may offer Urgent Care Visits for established patients requiring prompt medical attention. However, same-day or urgent appointments cannot be guaranteed.
If your pet requires immediate medical attention and we are unable to accommodate your request, we strongly encourage you to seek care through a local urgent care or emergency veterinary hospital.
We kindly ask for patience and understanding when our team is unable to provide immediate availability. Our commitment to honoring scheduled appointments allows us to deliver the thorough, individualized, and compassionate care that defines our practice.
